How Long Is A Piece Of Fibre?

That was my reply to Sean Dunderdale when he asked me how long it would take the difficult areas of Lincolnshire to get access to 4G and mobile signal.

The Chancellor’s announcement that 5 billion pounds for gigabyte broadband to rural areas to ensure equivalent connectivity speeds will have a huge impact.

Every part of our lives is impacted by digital technology, and high-quality connections are vital for ensuring we can stay in touch (especially during these difficult times).

Providing broadband to people in very remote and rural areas is no easy feat, but that doesn’t mean that there aren’t alternative solutions.

We understand that introducing fibre to certain premises is not yet financially viable for Openreach right now, but as an independent provider we know we can help the communities, parishes and villages, that may currently be off the map for Openreach, get the connectivity they need to stay in touch.

From tourist locations to hospitality venues, we have experience working with organisations to provide them with 4G solutions and can provide the same incredible connectivity to you.
