Price Changes Effective 1st April

Price changes are coming

We have now received confirmation from carriers of price changes taking effect from 1st April, 2023. These changes are due to recent Openreach cost base changes to the industry and the RPI rate published at the end of January.

These increases are across the telecoms industry as the majority of carriers have already or are planning to announce similar increases from 1st April.

O2 summarised the industry view by commenting that, “We are facing increased costs associated with running our network and supporting our customers. These include rising energy costs plus the investment to support the growing demand on our network. Customer demand for data has almost doubled in the last three years, so we are investing to increase network capacity.”
